WCH Founder and Queen of Maharlika, Mariam Amor Torres Mastura Crowned as Bai Mompong sa Magindanaw

Founder of
We Care for Humanity, Maria Amor Torres, has received another traditional title from the Sultanate of Maguindanao (Magindanaw) Mandaue, Darussalam, an ancient Kingdom dating back to 1521, with dominion over the entirety of Mindanao.

During a royal adoption ceremony on July 16, 2023, at the Greenleaf Hotel, Maria was honored with the title BAI MOMPONG SA MAGINDANAW, which translates to Princess of Unity. This event also marked the commencement of the collaboration between We Care for Humanity and the Sultanate of Maguindanao, solidified through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Crown Prince Datu Muamar Mastura of the Sultanate explained that the title Queen of Maharlika (Royal House of Luzon Tagalog) was fitting for Maria due to her efforts in uniting various traditional kingdoms and indigenous communities worldwide.

Additionally, Maria was appointed as the Foreign Minister of the Sultanate, responsible for overseeing all foreign affairs of the Kingdom moving forward.

Expressing her sincere appreciation, the new Bai Mompong thanked His Majesty Abdulaziz Salem Mastura Kudarat V, the 25th Legitimate Supreme Sultan of Maguindanao, as well as his immediate family, including the three Princesses of Maguindanao.
